Overview

The Xingxiang unmanned intelligent weighing management system mainly consists of electronic car scales, computers, printers, video surveillance, wireless RF card reading systems, traffic lights, barrier gates, and weighing management software. Can be applied to cargo measurement in industries such as mining, ports, and waste disposal. The system can also add hardware and software to the electronic truck scale currently used by users to achieve its functions. The system adopts a standard WINDOWS window interface with Chinese prompts, making user operation simple and intuitive, convenient for querying and statistical reporting, and truly achieving instant settlement of measurement work, making weighing data accurate and reliable, and improving work efficiency and economic benefits. There are two operation modes: manual and automatic weighing. In an unmanned state, automatic printing of weighing and scale sheets can be completed without manual intervention, effectively preventing cheating and becoming a beneficial assistant for modern metrology.

System Composition

Including RFID radio frequency card system, barrier gate, traffic lights, LED large screen display system, video surveillance system, voice intercom system, remote printing system, anti remote cheating device, etc; Centralized storage in the backend, and remote output of weighing orders through network printers in various weighing rooms; The RFID remote reading and writing card system and road access control system automatically collect information and data from each transport vehicle, conduct anti cheating checks, and automatically intercept vehicles if the weighing process is not completed. The system is equipped with modules such as procurement, sales, weighing, quality inspection, settlement, and financial interfaces.


System functions

1. It can achieve automatic weighing, automatic printing of weighing scales, automatic capture of video recorder images (mainly license plate numbers), and video recording functions without the need for manual intervention (unless there is a machine or software malfunction, in which case manual weighing can also be performed).
2. When querying data, the image of weighing can be displayed on the interface when clicking on a record.
3. It is possible to automatically input information such as the vehicle number, driver, goods name, supplier, and recipient corresponding to the card number through the card number.
4. There can be a large screen display outside the weighing room to show the weighing weight, allowing the driver to see the weighing data.
5. You can set the weighing method (primary or secondary weighing). If it is a one-time weighing method, the system requires pre-set tare weight. Automatically retrieve the tare weight corresponding to the vehicle number when entering it; If it is a secondary weighing method, print the scale sheet after the second weighing is completed.
6. The system has multi-level operation permission management to prevent the original data from being mistakenly modified. Only those who have obtained operation permission can change some important parameters. Only super administrators can modify weighing data.

Can achieve image capture and video monitoring: When the car comes to a complete stop on the weighing platform, the system will automatically save the weighing data and capture images, which can be used as a basis for future searches. And monitor the image of the weighing process through a monitor.
8. Support manual weighing. When unmanned weighing malfunctions, manual weighing can be used without affecting the weighing of the vehicle.

4. High security: Due to the use of microwave automatic identification system, electronic tags provide a globally unique and unchangeable ID number, which fundamentally eliminates the phenomena of copying, forgery, and cheating.
5. Long service life: Electronic tags use passive technology, do not require maintenance, have a long service life, and can generally be used for 10 years without damage.

System Configuration

1. Weighing host
Push storage configuration: Advantech industrial control computer P4 2.8GHz/2g/500g/17 inch LCD. If frequent video recording is required, it is recommended to have a larger hard drive (such as 1TB); It is also recommended to choose a better motherboard so that the system can be more stable.
2. Ground sensing coil
The previous ground sensing coil mainly detects whether the rear of the car has passed through the ground sensing coil, ensuring that the car is fully driven onto the weighing platform. After driving onto the weighing platform, lower the railing of the previous barrier machine; When the car is weighed and passes the ground sensing coil of the next barrier machine, the barrier of the next barrier machine automatically lowers, and the car has completely driven out of the weighing platform. 3. The intelligent barrier gate (barrier machine) requires one barrier machine in front of and behind the weighing platform (special requirements can omit the barrier machine) to control the orderly weighing of vehicles. Traffic signs can be added to the railing of the barrier machine to remind drivers that they can only enter from one side and are prohibited from entering from the other side. 4. RF reader/writer electronic tag reader/writer has the characteristics of long reading distance (effective reading distance greater than 7 meters), fast adaptability to moving objects (up to 160 kilometers per hour), high reading accuracy (over 99.99%), and strong adaptability to the environment. It is the core component of the intelligent weighing system. 5. RFID radio frequency cards (electronic tags) use readable and writable electronic tags. The electronic tags work in a passive manner, with a long service life and eliminating maintenance issues for users. The electronic tag is affixed to the windshield of a car with special imported adhesive. The electronic tag contains a fixed, unchangeable, globally unique ID number and has anti tampering function to prevent human exchange.
6. The camera captures the image of the car (mainly the license plate number) when it drives onto the weighing platform and stores it in the computer, while also allowing for video recording. The camera is a color camera with a resolution of 480 pixels.
7. The printer requires a receipt printer that can automatically cut paper.

8. When there is a car on the platform and the railing of the previous barrier is down, the traffic light will display a red light; When there is no vehicle, that is, when the railing of the previous barrier is lifted, a green light is displayed.
9. An infrared collimator is installed at each end of the weighing body, and the infrared equipment is connected to the switch IO card through a signal line. When the light beam is blocked, the infrared collimator sends a signal to the switch IO card, and the weighing software of the weighing scale extracts the signal from the switch input card. When an alarm signal is detected, the system prohibits the weighing system from saving data and terminates the weighing process

workflow

1. The system administrator sends the RF card to the driver, on which the car number and other information have been entered. The driver can stick the card on the front windshield of the car. When a few meters away from the weighing platform, the card reader detects the arrival of a vehicle. When it is determined that there is no vehicle weighing on the weighing platform, the imported barrier machine opens to allow the vehicle to pass and open the weighing platform;  
2. After the vehicle comes to a complete stop, the camera automatically takes a photo of the vehicle number and saves it in the computer;  
3. The computer reads the weighing data from the instrument and saves it;  
4. After weighing, lift the exit barrier machine and let the car drive out of the weighing platform;  
5. At the exit, place a weighing sheet printer and the driver will tear off the printed weighing sheet before leaving;  
6. The system can run online and transmit data and image materials over long distances;
